Raw Novembre started when two brothers, obsessed with music, got a drum kit and a bass guitar. As all bands do, they paid homage to the bands they liked, before embarking on a journey of discovery of music which ultimately led to songwriting, noise making, turbulence, distortion, and intensity as Raw Novembre forged their own path, and continue do so via MOVMENT.

Their first full length album, disturbed, in 1993. Their 2nd album was completed in November 1995. Described as many things including punk, gothic, metal and indie rock, Raw Novembre created their own sound which was both intense and hard edged. Their last gig was in 1999 and their final release was a track on the "Rock Music" compilation of various Irish artists in 1996.

They continued to record between 1997 and 2003 and a final album, My Bones, was released in 2007. It features a selection of songs from the past 3 releases and 6 previously unreleased tracks.

Raw Novembre played Live all across Ireland, Dublin, Cork, Kilkenny, Limerick, Galway, Ballybofey, Tullamore, Portlaoise, and Mullingar. They also play gigs in The Marquee in London, Zeche Carl in Essen, and they embarked on a 10 date tour of the USA in 1998.
